Communicating with clients and internal teams in a timely and efficient manner, including working in tandem with internal departments such as Culinary, Food & Beverage Operations, Amenities (i.e.Being the main point of contact and working with event hosts and planners through telephone, digital communication, and in-person meetings from the date of contract signing through the event date.Ĭoordination both social/corporate banquets for members and non-members, as well as club events for membership.The ideal candidate is a highly motivated team player who can develop long-term beneficial relationships for the Club.
